PUNJAB-ORIGIN MAN GETS LIFE TERM FOR KILLING MOTHER IN UK

A 48-year-old Punjab-origin man who attacked his 76-year-old mother in their family home in Leicester, eastern England, has been found guilty of murder and sentenced to life imprisonment.

LONDON:

Sindeep Singh was arrested after Leicestershire Police discovered the deceased, Bhajan Kaur, with significant injuries to her head and face on May 13.
