NEW DELHI: Nuvama Wealth and Investment Ltd has acquired shares worth ₹100 crore in OYO's parent firm Oravel Stays Ltd at ₹53 per share on behalf of its investors, a clutch of family offices, through a secondary market transaction, People aware about the development said.
The share sale at ₹53 apiece translates to a valuation of $4.6 billion for the travel tech unicorn.
