It was so windy that the umbrella was about to fly away but what stayed in place was Sunny Leone's infectious laughter! Dressed in a neon yellow jumpsuit and holding on to a pink umbrella, the actor posed for HT City in an exclusive monsoon shoot.
The 42-year-old still remembers being surprised by the rain when she first came to India. "I had no idea that much rain could fall from the skies! When I came to India for work initially, I was living really close to the ocean in Mumbai. While the moisture did a lot of damage to my things, I still loved the weather! Monsoon is my favourite time of the year," she laughs.
LET KIDS BE KIDS
The actor is a mother of three-daughter Nisha, 7, and sons Noah and Asher Singh Weber (both 5). Given her love for the monsoon, does she let her kids play in the rain? Leone quips, "I want my kids to enjoy the rain and jump around in puddles. I put them in jackets and rain boots, and allow them to explore. There are certain things we don't do in this season like eating out. They like eating cakes and cookies, and I promised my kids I would make them at home. I have been busy baking."
'I AM HAPPIER WHEN IT RAINS'

A couple of years ago, I lost three very nice cars to the rains two in one day! It was horrible. One was an eight-seater Mercedes truck. I was crying! When you buy imported cars in India, you pay an enormous tax on them. But it's okay, these things happen. We can replace materialistic things. I'm just glad nobody got hurt. Now, I drive a truck that is made in India and is built for the monsoons.
