Modi made the statements while virtually addressing a Rozgar Mela, during which he distributed 5,580 appointment letters to primary school teachers in Madhya Pradesh.
"When decisions are taken with a positive attitude, right intention and full integrity, the whole environment is filled with positivity. Two positive news surfaced in the first year of Amrit Kaal - decreasing poverty and increasing prosperity in the country," Modi said.
