A BOY who survived a rape and abuse House of Horrors with his sister told his new foster parents they saved his life, a court heard.
Details of the suffering of the then three and a half-year-old boy and his then five-year-old sibling were given at the sentencing hearing for his biological mother and her partner.
The Central Criminal Court heard the boy told his foster mother he is glad his mother and the man are in prison so they can't do the same to any other children” and he hopes they stay there.
The court heard the horror first emerged when the children were placed with their new foster family who were extremely disturbed by the little girl's sexualised behaviour.
Within weeks, the girl told them of the most unimaginable abuse” and the family in turn reported it to gardai.
This included the girl being forced by her mother to commit sex acts on her and on her partner.
