Cullen signs on for two more years with Leinster but admits he's eager to one day get involved at the 'pointy end' of the game

LEO Cullen is ambitious to coach at Test level but insists: "There's no rush".

Leinster's head coach has signed up for two more years and that will take him to a decade in the hot-seat in the summer of 2025.

Andy Farrell's current Ireland contract also expires then - but the Blues boss stressed that the timing is coincidental.

"I haven't been made aware of any link there," said Cullen. "Once I'm committed to something that's what I'm committed to, that's the way my mind works.

"That's important to note. I'm not somebody who has just signed a new two-year deal and start sniffing around for what's the next thing you turn your attention to?'.
