SHAMELESS Vladimir Putin claimed war had been waged against Russia as he addressed the Victory Day parade in Red Square.
Russian forces, who invaded Ukraine last February, had launched 25 missiles in attacks across the country overnight.
But at the parade marking victory over Nazi Germany, Putin said: "Today civilisation is once again at a decisive turning point. A real war has been unleashed against our Motherland.
