ANDY FARRELL believes England's "shock" surrender to France is not a true reflection of the Red Rose threat to Ireland's Grand Slam dream.

Farrell, who was England's defence coach for the 2015 Rugby World Cup before taking up a similar role with Ireland, is now one step away from masterminding Ireland's fourth-ever championship clean sweep.

His side will be hot favourites to finish the job at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday - firstly because they are the world's top ranked side and have won their last nine games but also because of England's abject capitulation at the hands of rampant France at Twickenham on Saturday.
