Trina urges people to 'grab life by the balls as she dies at 38

CANCER campaigner Trina Cleary urged supporters "to grab life by the balls" in a brave final message before her tragic death.

The mum-of-one, who was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2018 at 33, tirelessly raised awareness about the disease and stressed the importance of early detection on Facebook and Instagram - along with her blog "A Day in the Life of Tri".

She previously talked about how she didn't want to live her life "scan to scan".

Earlier this week, her family announced things had taken a "turn" and said Trina was in palliative care and was being "kept comfortable".
