VLAD'S 70 MISSILE BLITZ ON UKRAINE

UKRAINE’S cities were yesterday hit by Vladimir Putin’s biggest missile onslaught in weeks, with at least two people killed and many more injured.

Out of more than 70 Russian missiles launched, including drones, Ukraine’s air defence teams shot down 54.

Most were targeting Ukraine’s critical infrastructure, such as power stations and other essential installations.

Overnight, Shahed-136 kamikaze drones were sent into Ukraine, followed by air and sea-based cruise missiles launched from warplanes and ships throughout the morning.

Air defence systems were activated in the capital, Kyiv, according to the regional administration, and explosions were heard in the city.
