Banshees actress wails that Irish slang word is censored

BAFTA winner Kerry Condon has told of her frustration as chat shows edit out "feckin"" from her interviews.

The star, 40, landed the Best Supporting Actress award for wailing "You're all feckin' boring" in The Banshees of Inisherin.

But she revealed she's been left almost as frustrated as her character as TV editors continually censor the Irish slang.

The Tipperary star said: "My mother doesn't swear ever.

But she says 'feckin' all the time. But when you go on talk shows and stuff, if you say it they take it away... feckin' yeah.
