A MAN aged in his 40s has died after a wall collapsed at a house yesterday.
Police said the man was 'involved in a workplace accident!
The M.E.N understands a rescue operation was attempted, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene on Saturday afternoon.
It is believed the house involved - on Lloyd Street South in Fallowfield - was undergoing renovation work.
Police were unable to release any further details last night.
There were no reports of any other casualties.
