RADIO listeners were left stunned as four of XS Manchester's most popular DJs all announced they would be leaving their regular shows.
Gareth Brooks and Hywel Evans announced their departure from their daily shows on Friday, while Shell Zenner and Jack Wood air their last shows this weekend.
Fans flooded social media to say how 'truly gutted' they were about the high-profile departures from the station which is known for championing Manchester and indie music.
Gareth leaves his weekday 10am show, while Hywel departs from the 'go home' show from 3pm to 6pm. Shell's and Jack's weekend shows are also axed in the huge restructure, and the M.E.N. understands popular producer James Wilson is also leaving the station.
