Callum Halpin, 28, 'encouraged and assisted' in the murder of 31-year-old Luke 'Tank' Graham in Ashtonunder-Lyne in June 2018, prosecutors in his trial alleged as they opened the case at Manchester Crown Court.
Mr Graham died on June 13, 2018, after gunman Wade Cox 'fired a number of shots at what was effectively point blank range' as his victim sat in a Volkswagen Caddy van on Birch Street in Ashton.
