Murder suspects released on bail

TWO suspects who were arrested on suspicion of murder after an elderly woman was found dead at a house have been released on bail, police have confirmed in an update.

The woman-aged in her 70s was sadly pronounced dead on the scene at the home on Harrison Street in Ramsbottom on Tuesday.

Paramedics first descended at around 4.30am over 'reports of concern for her welfare', before police were then alerted.
