Zaki Shazad, Aaron Deasy and Darren McAndrew are alleged to have conspired together to carry out the attacks.
Jurors at Manchester Crown Court heard that gunman Kieran Morgan fired a sawn-off shotgun at a house in Heald Green, Stockport. A month later the same gun was fired at a house on Wilmslow Road as a family were packing up their car for Eid celebrations, it was alleged.
Days later Mr Morgan walked into the Drip burger bar on Kingsway before firing twice. Fortunately nobody was injured, jurors were told.
Mr Shazad, Mr Deasy and Mr McAndrew deny conspiring to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life.
Opening the case for the prosecution, David Farley said the three defendants had entered into an 'agreement' to carry out the three attacks.
He explained that the three men deny the offences, but Mr Morgan has previously pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life.
"The prosecution say the agreement was put into action when a shotgun was got hold of by Mr Morgan and used with intent to put people's lives in danger," Mr Farley said.
"On three separate occasions at three separate addresses in the south Manchester area, a shotgun was discharged."
