The slowing of decision-making at IT companies, highlighted by management in the industry, has delayed deals and subdued bookings. "Ex-Infosys, last tweIve month deal flow growth was 5-18% year-on-year (y-o-y) with Tech Mahindra down 41% y-o-y," said an Ambit Capital report.
