For the most part, despite her medical issues, Angane was able to take online tuitions. "Even in France, as physically able, I gave online tuitions to some students in India. I used to rest on my bed with my laptop propped up on my bed," she says.
By the end of 2021, Angane was diagnosed with a rare infection. Her treatment began in 2022. Her body responded quickly to the treatment, and within a month she regained some mobility. "I could sit, walk and do stuff," she says. She again started taking some online tuitions in 2022. So, some income started coming in. "The EMI on the education loan was also scheduled to start, but we had to request the deferment due to the medical situation. To our relief, they agreed," she says.
