Festivities included free live music featuring Sherry Wilson Butler, educator, lyric, and world-traveled recording artist. She brought the crowd to their feet with some familiar songs. The festival included a Children's Pavillion, a Fine Arts Exhibit, Food Trucks, Face Painting, Poetry, and vendors.

Reelblack, the film production and promotion company founded by Michael Dennis, will celebrate its 20th Anniversary with a special screening of short films from its archive on Thursday, October 12, 2023, from 7:0010:30 pm.
