Now that the (13) colonies were independent, it was time to draft laws to organize and protect the land and the citizens. Within this document, we would also find words to perpetuate and sustain the war against our African ancestors; while securing centuries of legal slavery and servitude. Today in 2023, most Black people in America-- truly believe that this document was drafted for our protection as well as white Americans.
In this particular (2-part) article, I will address certain Articles of the Constitution that represent war against African people and the relevance we are faced with today.
The first words of this document are exclusively for the white people who resided in the (13) colonies of this stolen nation. During this morbid time period of the 1700s, Black people were held as prisoners of war, slaves, and property.
The Preamble of the U.S. Constitution states: “We the people of the United States (whites only), in order to form a more perfect union (more perfect means that the evil conditions of slavery were considered part of that perfection), establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our prosperity, do ordain and establish this constitution for the United States of America.”
Securing the blessings of liberty, promoting general welfare, and ensuring domestic tranquility is language relating to the controlling and distribution of Black hueman resources and severely punishing all Black agitators, revolters, and freedom fighters.
