Sources revealed that Naidu emphasized the urgency of funding for various ongoing projects in Andhra Pradesh. Key projects highlighted included the Polavaram irrigation project, which is vital for the state’s water resources and agricultural development, and the development of the new state capital, Amaravati. Additionally, Naidu sought special assistance for backward regions and resolution of issues that have persisted since the bifurcation of the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh.
