Mngqithi not pulling any punches

Following the 1-0 loss to Polokwane City in a Betway Premiership match at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium, Mamelodi Sundowns coach Manqoba Mngqithi (right) was understandably left unimpressed by his team's poor performance.

The Brazilians were made to look ordinary by Rise and Shine, who were the better team on a windy Sunday afternoon in Limpopo.

What's even more concerning for Mngqithi is the fact that his charges failed to register a single shot on target for 90 minutes, as City handed them their first defeat of the season.

“I was not impressed with the speed of play, I was not impressed with our chance creation and I was not impressed with our decision-making in the final third,” a disappointed Mngqithi said.
