A. As per the Government Circular dated July 4, 2019, the quorum requirement for a special general meeting for redevelopment is 2/3 of the total members. Consent of 51% of the total members is required to pass the resolution. The quorum is to be constituted by members physically present at the meeting and does not include those participating in any other manner, including online attendance. Please verify whether the quorum requirement, as stated above, was met when passing the resolution.
