The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has taken possession of a flat worth Rs75 lakh in the money laundering case allegedly involving Iqbal Kaskar, brother of fugitive underworld gangster Dawood Ibrahim, and his associates.
Located in Neopolis Tower, Kavesar, Thane, the flat has been under provisional attachment since April 2022.
The seizure relates to a 2017 extortion case, which was filed by the Kasarvadavali police and later handed over to the Thane Anti-Extortion Cell.
