On Friday, the MP toured Kothapeta, Sathyanagar, Phanigiri colony, Janapriya Apartments and other areas and held a meeting with those who are losing their houses in the name of Musi beautification project. Speaking on the occasion, he said "if the officers listened to the orders of the higher authorities, ignore the people and the laws and demolish the houses of the poor, they would be jailed." He warned that he would not tolerate those who harass the poor.
