Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday celebrated the remarkable achievements of the Indian contingent that returned from the Paris Olympics with six medals. Among the athletes was Manu Bhaker, the history-making shooter who proudly showcased the pistol that earned her two bronze medals.
The Indian men's hockey team, which clinched its second consecutive bronze at the Paris Games, presented PM Modi with a special hockey stick signed by all the players. Notably, retired veteran PR Sreejesh and captain Harmanpreet Singh were seen posing with the Prime Minister, bronze medals gleaming around their necks.
