Resolve issues, say Indians in Canada
The Free Press Journal|October 16, 2024
Members of the Indian Diaspora in Canada raised concerns over the souring of ties between India and Canada. They called for a peaceful resolution of the matter. This comes amid a diplomatic standoff on Monday which saw India expelling six Canadian diplomats and recalling the Indian envoy to Canada.
Resolve issues, say Indians in Canada

Speaking to ANI, leading Canadian businessman, politician and social activist Baljite Singh Rawa called it a "disheartening news" and said the turn of events happened due to "politically driven statements" given because of "someone's personal ego or favouring a community". He said that the rising tensions between the two countries are a serious matter which have left him, "very concerned of my future, of every Indian Canadian's future on this land".
