Sirole ensures flyover completion by January

Voters of the Shivaji Nagar Assembly constituency shared with The Free Press Journal (FPJ) the issues that concern them as the Maharashtra Assembly election on Nov 20 approaches.

Speaking to the FPJ, Satyajeet Sai Pawar, who works in an IT company at Hinjewadi, highlighted that due to the time taken for the construction of the multi-level flyover at Savitribai Phule Pune University Chowk, traffic jams have become a major problem for commuters. Despite multiple diversions, the situation remains unchanged.

Pawar stresses that the construction should be completed soon, pointing out that accidents are caused by construction debris piled on the road.

For Arun Kuradkar, an autorickshaw driver and a resident of Wadarwadi, traffic issues need immediate redressal compared to other major issues.
