The program will highlight four key themes: Preamble, Know Your Constitution, Making of the Constitution, and Pride of the Constitution.
The main event on Constitution Day, November 26, will feature the reading of the Constitution's Preamble by the Governor, Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister, ministers, MLAs, and dignitaries.
Schools and colleges will host quiz, debate, and speech competitions to foster awareness about the Constitution.
A 15-day Constitution Yatra will also be launched, particularly in Scheduled Caste and Tribe villages.
