1 Thomas Young
Great Britain, athletics Young is the current T38 100m Paralympic champion and one of the faces of the GB team. The 24-year-old from Croydon, London, was diagnosed at the age of 12 with neurofibramotis, a condition that affects co-ordination and balance but is not always visible. He has been mentored by Usain Bolt, is currently starring in campaigns for Adidas and Aldi and is the recipient of an MBE for services to athletics.
