Authority sorry’ at filthy state of toilets

Plymouth City Council has said they are sorry for the condition of the loos and will be "taking action".

The toilets, located at Devil's Point in the southwest of the city, cost 50p per use - but after paying the fee the woman looking to use the loos had to "walk out again".

As well as being unclean, she said there was none of the basic requirements in the cubicle.
