Signs have been placed inside the large Marsh Mills Retail Park store announcing the news that Homebase will be closing in November.
An exact date has not yet been decided. In a statement to The Herald, the company said: "We'll be closing our Plymouth Marsh Mills store in November, an exact date is yet to be confirmed." A new tenant for the unit has already been found.
Plans have been submitted to Plymouth City Council to allow discount retailer B&M to open in the premises. It would be the retailer's fifth store in the Plymouth area.
