A PLYMOUTH landscaping company has stepped forward to offer help for residents whose gardens were trashed during the bomb disposal operation.
The unnamed company will go to St Michael Avenue, in Keyham, to assess the gardens of three damaged properties to see if the firm is able to volunteer help with repairs – particularly with damaged walls and wrecked decking.
Plymouth City Council had previously called on the support of the city’s construction industry to repair damage left by the Army. Last week, senior council officers, along with a representative of Building Plymouth, met with the residents.
