City rentals up 6.4% - making average £876

RENT prices have increased by an average of 6.4% Plymouth over the last year. It costs £876 a month to rent the average home in our city, according to the latest figures from the Office for National Statistics which cover the year to April 2024.

That's an increase of 6.4% compared to last year. One-bed homes in our city now cost an average of £606 a month to rent, which is an increase of 6.8% compared to last year.
