Plymouth Symphony Orchestra will be at Public Hall, Liskeard, at 5.30pm this Sunday, March 17; at St Andrew's Church, Plymouth, at 7.30pm on March 20; and at Tavistock Parish Church at 7.30pm on April 27.
The programmes for all three concerts include the dramatic Toccata and Fugue in D Minor, attributed to Bach, arranged for orchestra by Stokowski, and Saint-Saëns' powerful and energetic Symphony No.3, known as the Organ Symphony due to the grand use of the organ in two of its movements.
