The Labour MP’s Buildings at Risk List, launched in 2022, aims to highlight historic and significant buildings in Plymouth that have fallen into disrepair or disuse.
The Plymouth Sutton and Devonport MP says the list serves as a call to action for property owners.
Following feedback submitted by councillors and local residents, the Merchant’s House has been added as the solitary new addition to this year’s at risk list.
For a third year in a row, the Palace Theatre was cited as the top building of concern by members of the public.
One building highlighted in Mr Pollard’s in the 2023 list has been removed from the list, with progress being made to secure funding for the redevelopment of the Civic Centre building in Plymouth city centre.
