THE next phase of Sherford's development is on track with the new 'Urban Quarter' taking shape on the land just outside the city's borders.
Taylor Wimpey are creating a mixture of homes on the land which is set on the very edges of South Hams, but which is considered part of the wider development of Sherford.
The new house designs are unlike those already constructed in the main Sherford area but will eventually link up to create the new town which will provide around 5,500 new homes.
