THE YMCA centre at Honicknowle Lane is appealing for people to help them in a public vote in three national awards for which they have been shortlisted.
YMCA Plymouth have been announced as semi-finalists in the YMCA of the Year award, as well as Training and Education Project of the Year for their youth careers fair.
One of their Discovery College graduates, Craig McKenna, has also been shortlisted as Young Achiever of the Year.
A public vote is now live to decide the finalists for the Youth Matters Awards, which ends at an awards ceremony at Chelsea Football Club’s Stamford Bridge ground in London in November.
Members of the public can vote for YMCA Plymouth in all three categories in the hope of reaching the final.
