Snack Shack, in Plympton, was visited by food hygiene inspectors from Plymouth City Council on April 24. Inspectors highlighted that “major improvement” was necessary in the management of food safety – separate to hygienic handling – which includes “checks in place to ensure that food sold or served is safe to eat”.
