THE winner of this year’s British Firework Championships held in Plymouth was South West-based company Skyburst.
Skyburst The Firework Company, from Bristol, won the 2023 British Firework Championships held over two nights in partnership with Brittany Ferries. The new Young People’s Choice Award went to Electrify Pyrotechnics from Matlock, Derbyshire.
Winners Skyburst The Firework Co. were the first team to compete during the second night of the 26th annual British Firework Championships, which attracted thousands of spectators to Plymouth’s waterfront on Wednesday and Thursday this week.
Second place went to Dudley-based Shockwave Pyrotechnics, while Pyrovision, from Spalding, Lincolnshire, came third.
