STEVEN Schumacher believes it is a real coup for Plymouth Argyle to complete the signing of Morgan Whittaker on a four-year contract.
Whittaker has returned to Home Park after his hugely impressive loan spell from Swansea City in the first half of last season, to the delight of the Green Army.
The 22-year-old has been signed for an undisclosed club record transfer fee, which is reported to be around £1 million plus add-ons.
Schumacher told Argyle's official club website: "Morgan really needs no introduction to the Green Army after his contributions in our title-winning campaign last season.
"He scored and created crucial goals in the time he was with us, and we were all naturally disappointed when he was recalled in January.
