AAP MLA Naresh Balyan was granted bail in an extortion case by a court on Wednesday, only to be soon arrested again in connection with a separate case under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA).

The court had set Balyan's bail at ₹50,000 with a like surety after rejecting the Delhi Police's request for his 14-day judicial custody.
