AS MANY as 452 complaints were received at the 'Karuthalum Kaithangum', the state government's adalat held at the Kunnathur taluk on Friday. Of them, 113 were resolved and given a reply. A total of 207 complaints received on the day were handed over to the departments concerned.

Finance Minister K N Balagopal inaugurated the adalat held at the KSMDB college, Sasthamcotta. He said more complaints were resolved in the second edition of the adalat.
