Police recovered a 20-page handwritten suicide note and video recordings on mobile phones documenting their actions leading up to the incident from the spot.
The deceased are Shri Mahakaala Vyasar, 40, K Rukmani Priya, 45, and her two children, K Jalandhari, 17, and Mukund Aakash Kumar, 12, all residents of Vyasarpadi in Chennai.
