This one was made by BMW M from the ground up. The last time they made one was in 1978 with the M1. As if being one of two isn't special enough, BMW M made it even more powerful.
By Enter the BMW XM Label Red, simply the most powerful BMW in the lineup. It has a TwinPower Turbo V8 engine matched with an M HYBRID Plug-in System that together unleashes 748 hp and 1,000 Nm of torque. It allows this massive beast to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds.
The fourth-generation 8-speed M Steptronic transmission sends power to all four wheels via M xDrive AllWheel Drive. It has a rear-bias for more exciting dynamics. There's also a selectable 4WD Sand Mode for off-road challenges and an electronic rear differential for tricky maneuvers on any terrain. It also has a 25.7 kWh battery that allows the XM Label Red to move with electric power only, good for 76-82 km and can be charged in 4.25 hours.

It's available in an exclusive Frozen Carbon Black metallic paint complemented by Toronto Red accents.
On the exterior, this is applied on the border of the grille, the outline of the windows, spokes of the 22-inch light alloy wheels, and on the rear diffuser. There's also an interplay between gloss and matte finish on the car's exterior creating a captivating and special aesthetic. The illuminated grille makes it known you're driving the most powerful BMW even at night.
