Through integrated property developer SM Prime Holdings Inc., the SM Group will open on Oct. 25 SM City JMall in Mandaue City.
SM City JMall is a four-story mall with a gross floor area of 78,229 square meters and a gross leasable area of 51,346 square meters.
The new shopping destination will bring a mix of global brands and local favorites to Cebu. It will also have eco-friendly features such as a rainwater catchment system in line with SM's commitment to sustainability and green development.
SM currently has 86 malls across the country following the opening of SM City Caloocan last May.
On top of the upcoming SM City JMall, SM Prime is also eyeing to open two additional malls this year — SM City San Fernando La Union and SM City Laoag.
