CARDIO EXERCISES CAN BE YOUR QUICK FIX
If you're not a fitness enthusiast and tend not to exercise frequently, this might be the right time to incorporate movement into your day. Fitness trainer Vandit Jain says, "Garba is all about endurance and joint strength. For regular exercisers, high-intensity training works. But for beginners, it is advisable to start with cardio or circuit training. It builds your muscular strength." Leg training is also a good option. "Don't skip that leg day. It will help you ease your way through the fast garba moves. Do squats, lunges or some cycling for lower body strength," Vandit adds. If your muscles feel sore after the first day on the ground, light stretches for 20-30 minutes will help.
