For Congress, riding on a bypoll victory high, wresting the hill state from BJP is a matter of survival.
Having swept four bypolls in the state in November 2021, the grand old party will be hoping for a similar performance this year. However, it has been plagued by infighting and lack of campaigning by central party politicians.
