JAB WE MET
“My husband Mihir is a successful restaurateur and founder of a chain of bars and restaurants such as The Bar Stock Exchange and Bar Bank. While I guide social media and brand reach for his businesses, I also run a digital marketing start-up called Doodle24, and a hygiene brand called Purec Hygiene. Our worlds collided when our friends and family set us up, and pretty soon, what was supposed to be an arranged marriage turned into a love like no other! Just two weeks after we first met, and even before we could process what was happening, we were engaged. As is wont to happen in any new relationship, we were really mushy, and spoke endlessly on the phone. Those were such lovely carefree times, and I am so thankful for having met Mihir when I did. Soon, we were married and spending our life together doing things we both loved doing so much. Our most favourite thing to do is to travel. There’s something about exploring places together that brings you even closer to the people you love. We both enjoy good food, music and great scenery.
“We had always spoken about having babies, It was like the most natural next step for us. And as life was turning out to be one happy journey after another, COVID hit us by the storm. We decided to look at the silver lining, and thought there wasn’t a better time to get pregnant and start a new journey together.
