Having played in both competitions, O’Grady recognises the quality of fourth-tier rugby and feels that playing against sides that are bigger and more experienced than those at university level is vital for his development.
He told The Rugby Paper: “National 2 is a great standard and there is quite a big change between BUCS and National League in terms of physicality and fronting up.
